I came in feeling very insecure, reserved, and honestly quite nervous about having my ears done. I had lived with my protruding ears for a long time, and I don’t think I realised just how much it affected my confidence until I finally decided to do something about it. Then I met Dr Leila, and from the very beginning, she made me feel completely at ease. She was so understanding, kind, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole experience. I genuinely feel like she has changed my life, and that’s honestly the best way I can describe it. As for the results, I truly cannot fault them. My ears look absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. I had a breast augmentation motive preserve here this month with Leila. The whole procedure and aftercare was incredible! Leila was honestly so reassuring and I felt so at ease during the whole process. The nurses were so lovely as I was awake during my op, they played music for me during the procedure and checked up on me after the surgery offering me food and drinks. The staff have been in touch with me via WhatsApp after my surgery once I left and arrived home and the aftercare has been great. I recently had breast augmentation and it’s something I’ve wanted done for as long as I can remember. After years of researching and listening to the experiences of others at CLNQ I knew it was the place for me. I cannot recommend Leila Touil at CLNQ enough. Leila understood what results I was looking for and she was completely honest and informative throughout. Therefore I felt completely comfortable with the decisions I made after leaving my consultation. Durning surgery day Leila and her team made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Huge shoutout to the hospital manager Kate too who was by my side throughout and made me feel at ease. After my surgery I then travelled 4 hours home which beforehand I was nervous about but it was so smooth and pain free.
